Derby Classic Registration Info
Registration Information – Champion’s Derby Classic – March 1st – March 3rd, 2019
Registration is guaranteed only when all payments accompany the completed Registration Form. You must use USAG’s Meet Reservation to register, but an entry with leotard sizes must also be sent with your check.
All registrations are considered complete when the following information is provided in its entirety:
* Club USAG #
* Gymnasts Name, USAG #, Date Of Birth Of All Athletes
* All Coaches’ Information, including Name, USAG #, Safety Certification Expiration Date
* Complete Fee Payments
Incomplete entry forms will not be accepted.

Level 2 $95 per gymnast
Level 3-5 $110 per gymnast
Level XCel B & S $110 per gymnast
Level Xcel G, P & D $130 Per gymnast
Level 6-Elite $130 per gymnast
Team Fee $60 per team per level after November 1, 2018
All Entry Fees Subject to KY 6% Sales Tax
Early Bird Discount! – NO TEAM Fees are required if registration form and payment in full are postmarked by November 1, 2018
Registrations received after January 15, 2019, will only be accepted if the meet is not full.
Late registration fee is $75 per club.
No additional entries will be accepted after February 1, 2019.
Requirements for changes to registrations for individual competitors include:
- Entry change fee of $25 per athlete after January 15, 2019.
- Change fees are due and payable at the time of the requested change and must be paid in full before the athlete will be allowed to compete.
- No changes will be accepted after February 1, 2019.
Replacement gymnasts must be from the same team, same level, same age group, and assigned to compete in the same session. All other changes are considered new entries and must fulfill the requirements outlined above.
** All fees must be paid prior to the start of the first session of the meet including all late fees or change fees. **
No refunds after January 15, 2019, regardless of circumstances since we will be committed to expenses.
Refunds will be processed two weeks after the completion of the meet.
