Get ready for one of Kentucky’s most anticipated meets of the season — the Derby Classic, hosted by Champion Gymnastics! This exciting USAG-sanctioned event welcomes athletes competing in Levels 2–10 and all Xcel divisions, bringing top talent together in a high-energy, athlete-focused environment.

Secure your spot at the 2026 Derby Classic, February 27–March 1 at MidAmerica Sports Center! This USAG-sanctioned event is hosted by Champion Gymnastics and serves as a 2025–2026 Kentucky State Qualifier. Space is limited—this meet usually sells out by December 1, so register early!

✅ How to Register

Registration is considered complete when all three steps below are submitted:

1. USAG Meet Reservation (via the USAG system)
2. Payment Received (Check only – see details below)
3. Leotard Size Form submitted via Google Form (sent after payment is received)

• Registration Opens: NOW OPEN
• Deadline to Register: January 5, 2026 (or until full)
• Late Registration (if space allows): $25 per athlete
• Final Entry Cutoff: February 1, 2026 – no new entries or changes accepted after this date

💲 Entry Fees

• Team Fee: $65 per level
  All fees include required KY 6% Sales Tax

🔁 Athlete Changes & Substitutions

• Change Fee: $25 per athlete (after Jan. 5)
• No changes accepted after Feb. 1
• Substitutes must be from the same team, level, age group, and session
• Fees must be paid before the first session begins

💸 Refund Policy

• No refunds after January 5, 2026, regardless of circumstance
• Approved refunds (if applicable) processed two weeks after meet concludes
