Derby Classic Registration Info
*Registration is guaranteed only when your athletes have been registered via USAG’s Meet Reservation and a check has been received. Once payment has been received a tab will be created with our Google Leotard Sheet for you to then be able to enter leotard sizes.
*All registrations are considered complete when the following information is provided in its entirety
*Leotard Sizing Submitted via Google Form emailed to clubs

REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS JANUARY 5th, 2025 (Or when the meet is full – typically fills by Dec. 1st)
2025 Registration Fees
Level 2-5 and Xcel B & S: $135 per gymnast
Levels 6-10 and Xcel G, P &D: $155 Per gymnast
Team Fee: $65 per team per level
All Entry Fees already include the mandatory KY 6% Sales Tax

Late Registration: Registrations received after January 5, 2025, will only be accepted if the meet is not full.
Late registration fee is $25 per athlete.
No additional entries will be accepted after February 1, 2025.
Changes
Requirements for changes to registrations for individual competitors include:
Entry change fee of $25 per athlete after January 5, 2025.
Change fees are due and payable at the time of the requested change and must be paid in full before the athlete will be allowed to compete.
No changes will be accepted after February 1, 2025
Replacement gymnasts must be from the same team, same level, same age group, and assigned to compete in the same session. All other changes are considered new entries and must fulfill the requirements outlined above.
** All fees must be paid prior to the start of the first session of the meet including all late fees or change fees. **
**Refunds:
No refunds after January 5, 2025, regardless of circumstances since we will be committed to expenses.
Refunds will be processed two weeks after the completion of the meet.
