FAQ
How do I register my child for classes or team programs?
It’s easy! Simply head over to our Parent Portal and select the class or program that fits your child’s age and experience level. Whether it’s recreational gymnastics, competitive team, or private lessons, we’ve got a spot ready to help your Champion grow. Need help choosing? Our front desk team is always happy to guide you.
What should my child wear to practice?
For gymnastics and tumbling, we recommend a well-fitted leotard or athletic wear with no zippers, buttons, or loose accessories. Hair should be pulled back, and bare feet are best for safety and grip. Comfort, safety, and movement, that’s the Champion way!
How does tuition work and when is it due?
Tuition is billed monthly and automatically drafted on the 15th of each month for the upcoming month. It covers your athlete’s spot in our 48-week season, including structured breaks. You’ll never have to worry about re-registering, but you will want to keep your account current to avoid a late fee and to keep your child training without interruption.
Do you offer makeup classes for missed practices?
We do our best to accommodate! Recreational classes may offer makeup sessions based on availability. For team athletes, we encourage consistency, but we understand things come up, speak with your coach about options. Private lessons must be canceled with 24-hour notice to be eligible for rescheduling.
What ages can participate in Kids Night Out and Open Gym?
Kids Night Out is open to ages 4–12, while Open Gym welcomes athletes ages 5+ for supervised play and practice. Both are great ways to stay active, make new friends, and have fun outside of regular class times. Don’t forget, Kids Night Out includes a pizza party and themed fun each month!
Are your coaches certified and experienced?
Absolutely. Our coaches are not only passionate about what they do, they’re trained, certified, and continuously growing in their craft. Many have years of competitive and coaching experience under their belt, and all are committed to helping your child thrive in a safe, supportive environment.
