Registration & Payment Info
Welcome to the first step in your Champion journey! Whether you’re joining our recreational classes, competitive teams, or special events, this is your hub for everything registration and payment.
Tuition & Membership
- Team Tuition is billed monthly and automatically drafted on the 15th for the upcoming month, covering a full 48-week season with built‑in breaks for holidays and camps. Tuition must be current for your gymnast to train.
- Membership Fees:
- All About Kids: $40 annually per child, billed on your account anniversary.
- USA Gymnastics (USAG): $69/year for Girls Levels 2–10, Xcel, and Boys Levels 3–10 (first-time members: $25).
- Late Fee Policy: A $25 late fee applies if payments aren’t received by the 1st of the month. Please keep your account current to maintain practice access for your athlete.
Program & Event Fees
These fees are separate from your regular tuition:
- Private Lessons: $43 per half-hour or $86/hour.
- Semi-Private Lessons: $32 per student for 30 minutes.
- Open Gym: $16 per visit for members; $20 for non-members. Punch card (10 visits): $129. Membership required.
- Clinics & Camps:
- Fall Skill Clinics: $30/session (limited spots).
- Summer & Fall Team Camps: Required for Girls Levels 2–10, Xcel, and Boys Levels 3–10—$395 for Summer, $125 for Fall (2025).
Competition & Booster Club
- All competitive team members must join the Champion Booster Club, which covers meet entry fees, coaches’ travel, apparel, and more.
- Derby Classic Entry, as an example, requires USAG meet reservation and payment to boosters. Fees range from $140–$160 per athlete, plus a $65 team fee; late registration incurs a $25 surcharge.
How to Register & Keep Accounts Current
To make changes, like team status, withdrawals, or payment agreements, notify the AAK Billing Office in writing at least 10 days before the 15th billing date.
Tuition and membership payments are automated via your Parent Portal, no manual tracking required.
