Katelyn Cox

Katelyn has been involved in gymnastics for most of her life—first as an athlete, and now as a coach. She trained and competed with Champion Gymnastics from 2007 to 2014, reaching Level 10. During her competitive career, she qualified for Level 9 Eastern Nationals in both 2011 and 2012, earning 1st place on beam in 2012 and placing 2nd on beam and 3rd all-around in 2011. In 2013, she was proud to be named the Level 10 Kentucky State Champion.

She began coaching in 2014 and currently works with our Level 2 team, focusing on beam. She is passionate about helping young athletes build strong fundamentals, confidence, and a genuine love for the sport.

In addition to coaching, she works full-time as a process engineer. She enjoys bringing the discipline and problem-solving skills from her engineering background into the gym to help athletes reach their goals. She is excited for the upcoming season and looks forward to supporting each gymnast’s growth.
