Lainey Muenks

Lainey Muenks is from Versailles, Ky, but moved to Louisville to pursue a bachelor’s in computer science. She started gymnastics at the age of 3 and did it for 15 years up until she graduated high school. From there, she got a scholarship to go to a D2 school and compete in acrobatics and tumbling.  She competed for two years, then decided to switch to the University of Louisville.

She began coaching in high school in 2019 and has been coaching ever since. In 2023, she began coaching at all about kids. She has experience with rec, preschool, and ninjas, and is currently working with our level 1 team. She has always loved gymnastics and is so happy to be coaching to stay close to the sport.
