Sebastian Younger

My name is Sebastian Younger, and I was born and raised in Louisville, KY. I was raised by my mom, who is a gymnastics coach, Jacque Younger, so I’ve always been in a gymnastics setting. I started doing gymnastics about a year ago, but before that, I did a small sport called tricking. It’s a mix of parkour, free running, and gymnastics—to put it simply, it’s the skateboarding of the flipping world. I’m passionate about movement. I’ve coached ninja classes for all ages, including preschool, and I’ve also coached boys’ levels 1, 2, and 3.
