Sophia Solis

Sophie is from Cincinnati, originally, and moved to Louisville for college. She is getting my bachelor’s degree in communication. She started gymnastics at around 6 years old and trained for 10 years. She was a level 9 when she had to stop due to injuries.

She started coaching after she stopped training and loved how it kept her in the sport that she had dedicated most of her life to at that point. She started coaching back in Cincinnati with PreTeam 3 and then came to Louisville and started coaching Level 1 and Xcel Silver and Gold. She has always loved this sport and loves coaching just as much.
