2024 KY Women’s State Champions!

The 2024 KY Women’s State Championships have concluded. Congratulations to all our State Winning Teams and Athletes! Our workouts are infused with fun: Patty Points, Team Dinners, and rewards that they earn through challenges resulting in many Ice Cream, Cookies, Pizza, & Donut Parties.

High expectations and standards drive our athletes and coaches to success. This was evident at both KY State Championships in March, where clutch performances showcased the payoff from hard work and dedication. We’re immensely proud of their achievements, demonstrating true championship spirit both in life, in the gym, and on the podium!

Our Xcel Teams and Levels 6-10 will all now prepare to represent themselves and KY at the 2024 Region 5 Championships!
