Team Practice Schedules

These tuition rates are for the entire 2024-2024 season. Tuition is based on a 48 week year to allow for holidays, closings and shut downs for Camps, Clinics & Competitions. Tuition is not prorated for absences.

We ask that you don’t make up missed practices more than twice a month as to make sure they are working with their team coaches. Make-up days and times are handled by calling All About Kids.

Tuition payments must be set up either on Auto Credit Card or Auto Debit Card. Tuition will automatically be charged on the 15th calendar day of the month for the preceding month.

Discounts Allowed:
20% discount for second sibling (on lesser priced team/class)
20% discount for any other classes at AAK (on lesser priced team/class)
25%, 50% & 75% discounts for injuries lasting longer than 1 month (with doctors note and team director’s approval) – Please fill out the Injury Request form located on our Documents page

Other Fees and Required Events:
$35 AAK Membership fee per student due annually
$320 Performance Fee for Girls Pre-Team (Enroll in Parent Portal by September 1st, 2024)
$400 Performance Fee for Girls Level 1 & Boys Level 2 (Enroll in Parent Portal by September 1st, 2024)

$375 2024 Summer Camp fee – Boys Levels 3-10, Girls Levels 2-10, & All Xcel Levels – June 17th-20th, 2024
(Enroll by April 31st, 2024)

$395 2025 Summer Camp fee – Boys Levels 3-10, Girls Levels 2-10, & All Xcel Levels – June 16th-19th, 2025
(Enroll by April 31st, 2025 )

$125 Fall Clinic fee – Boys Levels 3-10, Girls Levels 2-10 & all Xcel Girls – September TBA – Enroll by August 1st)
$41/half hour for Private Lesson
$16 – Open Gym – sign up online!

All accounts must be current to participate.

Please notify the AAK Billing Office in writing of any changes in payment agreements, team status, withdrawals, injuries etc. at least 10 days prior to billing on the 15th of the month.

Independence Day 7/4, Labor Day 9/2; Halloween Evening 10/31; Thanksgiving Day 11/28-11/29; Christmas Eve/Day 12/24 & 25; New Years Day 1/1; Easter 4/20, Oaks 5/2; Derby Day 5/3; Mother’s Day 5/11, Memorial Day 5/26, & Father’s Day 6/13

(Practices are also cancelled during Competitions, Summer Camp & Fall Clinic)
