Congrats to our 2023 KY State Champions & Levels 2-10 High Point Champions!

Wow just wow – the 2023 KY Women’s State Championships have now come to a close. Congrats to all of our State Winning Teams and Athletes! We pepper a lot of fun into our workouts: Patty Points, Locked in or Locked Out Challenge, IG Live workouts, earning Ice Cream, Cookie, Pizza, & Donut Parties are just some of the recent few! There’s no question, however, that our athletes and coaches train hard, expect a lot and are goal oriented! There were many clutch performances at both state championships these past 2 weekends where the numbers, pressure sets and challenges really paid off! To say we are proud of them and their work is an understatement! They showed what it really means to be a champion both in the life, in the gym and on the podium! Enjoy, as we did, the High Point routines that earned them recognition at the KY State Banquet—now on to Regionals!
