When I was 3, I watched Mary Lou Retton in the Olympics and decided then that I wanted to be a gymnast in the Olympics!  Although I did not make it to the Olympics, I did have a successful career as a gymnast for 8 years.  I went as far as Nationals as a level 8 gymnast! I also ran track and cheered for 6 years. I won Nationals with the all-girl cheer team at Morehead State University in 2001!  I love gymnastics not only for the physical and competitive aspects, but also for the discipline, structure, and confidence it brought to my life.  I began working at All About Kids over 5 years ago and love it more today than the first day I started!  I love teaching kids a sport that I love, watching their confidence grow, and seeing them take pride in their progress.  I have developed wonderful relationships with the families I work with and will be forever grateful for those. In my off time I enjoy spending time with my fur baby, friends, and family.  I love music, outdoor activities, and crafts! You can reach me at trisha.burdette@allaboutkids.cc
